  • How do I register to join PUREPOWER Team rewards?

    Registering for PUREPOWER team rewards is simple! Just head over to sign up  and join our PUREPOWER community for information on our great products, workout & nutrition tips and discounts on our products.

  • Are my personal details safe if I create an account?

    At PUREPOWER its important to use that you trust in what we do! This is why we are DPA-compliant so rest assured your details are safe!

  • I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

    What are you like! Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Head over to log in and select forgot my password and we will have you back on the team in no time.

  • Where can we find you in store?

    PUREPOWER are available in a wide range of stores throughout Ireland & the UK. Head over to Contact us and tell us where you live and so we can tell you where you can top up on our great products in store.

  • How do I change my account details?

    We have made this easy for you, chill out and relax! Simply log into your account  and you can change your payment information, address and any other information on your account.

  • when will my delivery arrive?

    Order before 12pm Monday - Thursday for delivery nationwide the following day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be delivered Tuesday.

    Our delivery partner is DPD. Once you supply a valid email or mobile number, DPD will contact you with a specific delivery time or will organise to place your delivery in your nominated safe place. You can change your delivery slot via the link provided by DPD All our deliveries are COVID ready and are contactless.

  • Can we Freeze the meals?

    Please refrigerate all products on delivery. All products must be refrigerated between 1-5 degrees Celsius. All meals are suitable for home freezing. Please fully thaw the meals in a refrigerator prior to cooking.

  • My delivery has not arrived, what should I do?

    Order Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. If you still have concerns on your delivery please use the contact form to send us details of your order number and delivery address & one of the team will revert shortly. You can also contact us via our Instagram page.

  • My order was not correct, who should I do?

    let’s jump you to the top of the queue! Please head over to contact us  and tell us your order number and address and we will get back to you right away!

  • How do I unsubscribe?

    Breaking up is never easy! Only joking, head over to your account and select email preferences. Here you can choose when and how often you wish to hear about our awesome product launches and exclusive offers.
